🧭 The ultimate B2B playbook for founders

In September 2016, I founded one of Europe's first Growth marketing agencies, Off The Record, which TechCrunch awarded as a global top 10 growth agency years later. After I failed my second tech startup and ticked all the boxes on making the classic mistakes, I decided to freelance for a while on marketing, growth, and data. I could at least share the errors and flaws I learned during my first two endeavors, although I had quite some skills under my belt.

During those years, I worked for some big corporates in Europe, which I mixed with some hands-on consultancy for startups. After a while, I realized demand was more significant than supply, and I got tired of being solo and missed building together with a team. I decided to start an agency. In April 2021, I sold my agency in a 7-figure deal to a private-equity-backed group but remained a partner and managing director.

Over the years, I have done a lot of business with other businesses, and many things we did are processed or systemized. But I never really grasped the playbook for B2B or used tactics that proved to be of value all the time. That changed two weeks ago, by Alex Hormozi, to be precise.
